MCS is a new charging standard designed to charge heavy-duty electric vehicles, such as trucks and buses.

Which connectors are available in i-light?

Our heavy-duty EV charger is compatible with both MCS (Megawatt Charging System) and CCS (Combined Charging System) connectors, giving full flexibility.

Is it possible for i-light to have different output power levels?

Yes, our chargers are available with power levels ranging from 250 kW to 1.5 MW, depending on your operational requirements. We can tailor the solution to meet your specific charging needs.

Does i-light have enough power to charge a truck during break times?

i-light has 1.5 MW available for EV charging.  During mandatory break times, this power will make possible for a vehicle to be fully charged eliminating the need for additional stops during the journey.

How do I ensure my vehicles are compatible with your charger? Is i-light future-proof?

Vehicles need to be equipped with a MCS or CCS compatible charging port. Yes, our heavy-duty EV charger was designed with future scalability in mind. It can accommodate software updates and hardware upgrades, ensuring compatibility with future vehicle models and charging standards.

What are the dimensions of the charger and of the transparent screen?

i-light has 55 cm of length, 62 cm of width and 255 cm of height. The display is 80 x 50 cm.

Where can I install this charger?

It can be installed both indoors and outdoors. Floor mounted or on a overhead structure, in this case without the display.
